These Sales Terms & Conditions explain the practical rules for buying from SGS Tools and Parts, including product information, payment, fulfilment, shipping, and support. They are written for an Australian ecommerce business and should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund / Returns policies.
Product information
Product pages show the current catalogue data we have for each item. Where relevant, product pages may show compatibility, images, dimensions, video, specifications, and variant options such as battery adapters.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information current, but product descriptions, images, pricing, stock, and compatibility details may change without notice.
Orders and payment
An order is created when checkout is completed. Orders may be reviewed, delayed, or cancelled if stock, payment, or customer details cannot be confirmed.
We do not store card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe and any other approved payment provider used on the Site.
Fulfilment and shipping
Once an order is accepted, it moves through our warehouse and admin systems for picking, packing, shipping, and after-sales support.
Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates only. Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, and courier options may vary depending on the cart contents, destination, and service selected at checkout.
Availability and stock
Products may be limited in quantity or made to order. Stock levels, availability, and production timing can change as items are sold, made, or replenished.
If a product becomes unavailable or a data issue is discovered, we may review the order before fulfilment and contact you if needed.
